BBQ Restorations was in Irvine Cove doing a DCS BBQ Restoration Laguna Beach the other day working on the ever so popular Dynamic Cooking Systems DCS barbecue. DCS is one of the more common brands we tend to see here in Orange County. This particular unit had been sitting for the last 8 yrs. so upon initial inspection it was determined by myself that the cooking grates and ignition system needed to be replaced, and of course a major cleaning was inline as well. Unfortunately I didn’t get any before pictures. Let me assure you that this Dcs BBQ needed a lot of work and the outcome was more than surprising for myself and the owner alike.
